Returns & Exchanges
At Woodstock Zambon, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion selection. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached and include the printed return slip inside the box.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
